HPAV 8670/2110

The HPAV 8670/2110 development kit enables the rapid development of a Linux or Android™ set-top box or thin client that uses HomePlug® AV with ClearPath™ technology for the network connection. This enables the set-top box or thin client to be easily user-installed anywhere in any room in the house.

The Z-Wave® RF remote control capability further simplifies user installation by not requiring the typical line-of-sight required by IR remote controls -- the unit can be located on the wall behind the TV or cabinet. The Z-Wave® capability also enables service providers to offer home security monitoring and home energy management services.
