Job Description:

• Some leadership positions within sales and marketing organizations
• Consistently meet and exceed high personal and corporate revenue goals
• Enable and facilitate the steady progress toward meeting revenue goals
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to position Sigma Designs in the marketplace
• Versatile in many market disciplines such as Distribution Channels, Business to Business, Semiconductor, Enterprise, Fortune 500
• Strong Channel experience in "push" and "pull" towards success
• Strong analytical/negotiating/organizational skills
• Possess a flair for assessing and resolving a situation expeditiously
• Exceptionally detail oriented with keen ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Quick in visualizing the "big picture", creating a plan, meeting objectives, and motivating others
• Participate in creating a positive work environment
• Develop strong relationships inside and outside of company
• Creative and resourceful in successfully launching new products to achieve exceptional results
• A personable, people-oriented, high-energy individual is desired for this position

Experience Desired:

2-5 years experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business, MBA preferred
